Hi everyone! I’d like to invite you to participate in a chesed project that I took on in honor of my upcoming Bas mitzvah I’H.

I will be partnering with Yad Leah, an organization that sends clothing to families in need in Israel. I just got a tour of their warehouse and saw the 8,000 bags of clothing that they need to get sorted and organized for this cause. I am excited to spend a day packing and folding clothes in their warehouse to assist in this big mitzvah of clothing the needy.

What I love about Yad Leah is that they take the time to ensure that every piece of clothing that they ship to Israel is current and respectable for the families who will be receiving them. They take the time to sort the clothing, not just by gender and age, but by style, to ensure that the right type of clothing gets to the community that would be most befitting for them.

I have set a personal goal of raising $1,000 for this special organization. If you could donate any amount that you are comfortable donating, it would be most appreciated. Thank you so much for your support!
