Clothing Drive for Israel

Jane and Arie were born just hours apart at Weill Cornell and have grown up together in Manhattan. From their first steps and first days of school at Park Avenue Synagogue to many adventures upstate and here in NYC, they have shared countless memories. Now, as they reach a significant milestone—becoming B’nai Mitzvah—Jane and Arie are excited to give back together.

For their B’nai Mitzvah project, Jane and Arie will be supporting Yad Leah, an organization that provides clothing to people in need across Israel.

They will be collecting gently used and new clothing to ensure that Israeli children and families have high-quality and dignified clothing to wear.

Your bag of clothing donations will truly make a difference in Israel.

To this end, Jane and Arie are setting up a drop-off site on the Upper East Side where friends can bring a bag or two of clothing. Jane and Arie will then load the donations into a van to take to the Yad Leah warehouse, where they will sort, fold, and pack the donated clothing to be sent all across Israel.
