Hi! My name is Chaya Bieler. I love helping people and trying to make a difference in their lives. I also love Israel and it has hurt me to watch all that has happened there this year. In honor of my becoming a Bat Mitzva, I wanted to do something that could help the people of Israel.

Yad Leah is an incredible organization that collects lightly used and new clothing and sends it to Israel. They then set up stores in almost 30 different communities all over Israel, from Tzfat to Sderot, where people who need help can come and buy the clothes. These stores look just like normal stores, with dressing rooms and mirrors. The difference is that the people who come only pay what they can. This helps the people get the clothes they need and still feel good about themselves and have the fun of shopping for new clothes.

Helping raise money for Yad Leah to continue to do its incredible work will directly help so many people in Israel who are struggling right now, whether they are displaced families, or have lost someone in the war or are just having a hard time. On September 15 I will be going with my friends to help sort and package clothes to send to Israel. Please help us continue the work of this incredible organization!

For every $36 that you donate, you will send a beautiful dress for a Bat Mitzvah Girl and provide a sense of pride and joy

All donations are tax deductible.
