Food, friends, & an EPIC volunteer experience
Growing up in Teaneck, I knew Yad Leah as a simple clothing drop-off site, but a recent visit to their Passaic warehouse opened my eyes to the incredible work happening behind the scenes. From sorting to packing, every detail is handled with care and purpose. Yad Leah doesn’t just send bulk donations; they curate shipments for 24 unique boutiques across Israel, allowing families to shop with dignity and pride in their own communities.
Since opening The Hangout in Englewood five years ago, I’ve been honored to support Yad Leah by donating surplus clothing, ensuring unsold items find meaningful new homes. As we celebrate this milestone anniversary, I’m thrilled to invite you—my friends and family—to join me for an inspiring and meaningful evening at the Yad Leah warehouse.
Together, we’ll roll up our sleeves and pack clothing for Israeli families, all while enjoying great food and even better company. Let’s mark this special occasion by making a difference—together.
Can’t wait to see you there!
xoxo
